It is no secret that the guys at Paizo don't like Psionics or at least don't like the current implementation of Psionics. Psionics are a recognized part of Golarion (don't believe check out p.234-235 of the Campaign Setting). Now that the Pathfinder rules will be coming out there may be time for Paizoians to deal with the "issue" of psionics. I want this to be perfectly clear: - There is no issue with psionics. With the proposed changes in Pathfinder Beta, psionics will not be "too good' anymore. - People that don't like psionics in their DnD, will never like psionics in there DnD. - With the compatibility license out, Paizo doesn't need to do anything with psionics, Dreamscarred Press can continue to be the primary source of psionic material. Most psionic fans that know of DSP already go there for there psionics anyway. So: - Thanks for recognizing psionics as part of the setting (even if its only a couple of pages). - You don't need to do anything to fix them. They are fine, they are fun and probably consistent with the proposed bump in Beta. - Mark Psionics Fan Tags: dreamscarred press, glorion, paizo, pathfinder, psionics
